Stringify uses the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta to send authentication codes, order updates, reward notifications and other authorised communications.
When these services are used, information such as your telephone number, customer name, message content, message identifiers and delivery status may be transmitted to and processed by Meta in accordance with Meta’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
Stringify does not use Facebook profile information for purposes unrelated to providing and maintaining the service.

Stringify records are provided for customer convenience and operational reference.
Where information displayed in Stringify conflicts with an official receipt, confirmed order form or NEXChamp’s internal transaction record, the verified official record will take precedence.
Customers should confirm their racket, string, tension and other service instructions before work begins.

Stringify relies on third-party services, including Glide, Google, Meta and WhatsApp.
Temporary interruption, delay or failure may occur because of maintenance, internet connectivity, provider outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We aim to keep Stringify available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every displayed record will always be free from delay or error.

We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where misuse is suspected, or where required to protect users or comply with the law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
We may update these Terms when Stringify’s features, business requirements or applicable laws change. Continued use after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may request deletion of your Stringify account and associated personal information at any time.
